In this video I talk about why sleep is SO important when the kids return to school. I will give you three steps to calm yourself and your child down, when your child is having a hard time.

When school begins after a long break, it is normal that both parents and children have a hard time keeping up with the bedtime routines that serve them the best. However, one of the best ways to help children thrive while getting back to school, is to focus on sleep. A great way to help children at bedtime fall asleep is to read them child meditations.I have written several books to help you help your child calm down and fall asleep. 

Another great thing to do is reduce after school activities in the beginning.
