Let’s raise our vibration
Everywhere we feel the tiredness, discouragement, impatience after a reopening of our societies. I feel it myself too. All conversations are about the same thing: we don’t want to wait any longer, we feel locked in. We now seriously feel that it weighs on us to be in such a prolonged lockdown. My own concern is mostly with the children and young people. We have to help them. Let’s raise our vibration.
When I think of today’s children and zoom in on their rooms with their screens lit and lonely children all around, it scares me tremendously. I have the same feeling as when I see a thriller and take a pillow up to my face that I can hide behind if I dare not look further.
The pandemic is dimming the children’s heartlight. That is really scary to me.
We have to help our children
So many children and young people hang their heads after such a long period at home. Even those who actually like being at home are starting to long to see their friends and get a better daily structure. Even if they are at school, they worry a lot.
The collective vibration is very low right now, at home and globally.
A low collective vibration can be felt by most people. If you are sensitive, you feel it clearly. Many children today are sensitive. They carry the energies of others in their body. It is overwhelming when the frequency of the energies is low like presently.
A low collective frequency is hard to fight off if you do not have the right tools. For how does one lift his vibration when the general vibration of society is very low? Many adults don’t know how to lift their vibration, so it is not surprising that many children and young people do not know either. It makes me sad.
That’s why I write my children’s books with children’s meditations – to help you as a parent help your child. One way is through better and longer sleep. Another is to tap into a higher frequency such as love and appreciation.
